During the 2nd semester of the course, practice teaching (School Internship Program-I) shall be of one month. It will include study of maintenance of various school records (e.g. CCE records, admission- withdrawal registers, attendance records and stock registers etc.).
The candidate will prepare twenty observational lessons (10 in each teaching subject) during School Internship Program-I.
In the beginning of the 3rd semester of the course, every student shall have to prepare 20 simulated teaching lessons (10 in each teaching subject).
During the 3rd semester of the course, practice teaching (School Internship Program-II) shall be of four month (16 weeks).
Every student shall have to deliver 100 lessons (50 in each teaching subject).In addition; the student teacher will have to observe 60 observational lessons (30 in each teaching subject) of their peer student teachers in the concerned teaching subject.
He /she should behave in a civilized manner with all the members of the school adopted for teaching practice.
He/she can teach only two lessons in a day.
He/she shall get the lesson plan approved by the subject teacher.
He/she in the capacity of pupil-teacher shall not punish his/her students in or outside the class.
He/she should use their own material (chalk, study material, teaching aids etc.) during teaching practice.
